Our Bedspreads are made with Quality...
The finished size of your bedspread is determined by the surface dimensions of your bed, modified by the drop (the height of your bed). We consider 21" to be the standard drop, however you can select a larger drop (for a very tall bed) or a smaller one (for a shorter bed, or if you don't want your bedspread to cover up a decorative bed frame for example). Before measuring the drop of your bed, we strongly recommend that you visit our measuring guide to prevent common mistakes that can cause your bedspread to be too large.
The width of your bedspread will be the width of your bed, plus twice the drop you have selected. For example: A queen 60x80 with a 21" standard drop will be 102 inches wide (60+21+21 = 102).
The length of your bedspread will be the length of your mattress, plus the drop, plus an additional 19" for a pillow-tuck. For example: A queen 60x80 with a 21" standard drop will be 120 inches long (80+21+19 = 120).
Bedspreads are normally quilted with bonded polyester fill (7 oz). The basic quilting pattern is a subdued pattern called "Jump and Tack", but you can select from three other quilting styles (shown here) for an additional charge. Bedspreads are backed with a white cotton fabric.
The finish is a blind-hem, in which the front fabric is rolled over the edge onto the back enough so that the white cotton backing will not show when the bed is made.
